Maritime AI Solutions

Proven in Shipping.
Not Limited to It.

Our intelligent maritime solutions run across fleet tracking, bidding, voyage planning, documentation, and communication automation for commercial shipping operators. That same engine is being shaped into a dedicated port-facing solution, giving Conforge a real foundation in this space while most competitors are still fine-tuning single-purpose tools.

ONE ENGINE. FLEET, VOYAGE, BIDDING, AND NOW PORTS.

average CO2 reduction per voyage when Just-in-Time arrival is applied well

Built Around Just in Time, Not Retrofitted for It

Just-in-Time arrival is the principle, backed by the IMO's GreenVoyage2050 programme and the Global Industry Alliance for Low Carbon Shipping, that a vessel should arrive having burned only the fuel it needed to, timed to reach the pilot boarding place exactly when berth, fairway, and nautical services are ready.

Bidding and voyage planning capabilities optimize the timing decisions that Just-in-Time depends on, and port and market risk monitoring surfaces the disruptions that throw timing off. Extending that same timing discipline to the port side is a natural next step for this platform, not a new capability bolted on to chase a trend.

How It Fits

An Integration Layer, Not a Standalone Platform

The port-facing solution is built to sit on top of the systems a port already runs, not replace them. It connects into existing port management systems, port community platforms, and agent or customs workflows already in place, extending what's there instead of asking a port to migrate off infrastructure it has already invested in.

Trust & Deployment

Built for Regulated, High-Trust Environments

Maritime and port data is commercially sensitive and heavily regulated, and this platform is designed around that from day one.

EU compliance

Full alignment with GDPR and EU data protection requirements for any EU customer data.

On-prem hosting

Deployable entirely within a client's own infrastructure for organizations that require full data control.

Build & handover

We build the solution around each client's environment and hand over a system they own and operate, not a black-box subscription.

Access & auditability

Role-based access and encryption applied throughout, with every action traceable back to its source.

In the Making

Sneak Peek Into What's in the Making

Real-Time Port Coordination

Real-Time Port Coordination

  • •Live vessel approach tracking, updating pilot boarding times and anchorage queue listings.
  • •Comprehensive port management view displaying real-time anchorage availability metrics.
  • •Direct communication feeds connecting vessels, terminal operators, and local pilot agencies.
  • •Automated alerts informing stakeholders of unexpected weather or route timing delays.
Just-in-Time Berth Timing

Just-in-Time Berth Timing

  • •Alignment with the IMO GreenVoyage2050 framework to reduce emissions on final port approaches.
  • •Dynamic speed control metrics prompting ships to burn less fuel when berths are occupied.
  • •Machine-learning-based forecasting model simulating berth clearance and pilot boarding slots.
  • •Reduction of unnecessary visual anchorage delays at major ports by timing transitions correctly.
Native Port System Integration

Native Port System Integration

  • •Full compatibility with legacy Port Community Systems (PCS) using standard API bridges.
  • •Automated translation layers mapping customs filings and EDIFACT messages natively.
  • •Direct links to Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) to verify gate readiness status in real time.
  • •Secured data isolation protocols keeping commercial fleet information strictly separated.
