It does not apply to data processed by the ConforgeLabs platform once deployed within a Customer's own infrastructure. In those cases, the Customer acts as the data controller and their internal data governance policies apply. ConforgeLabs has no operational access to Customer data after go-live.

The ConforgeLabs platform is deployed entirely within the Customer's own infrastructure. Once deployed:

• All warranty claim data, supplier and vendor data, engineering drawings, vehicle data, dealer data, and other operational data resides within the Customer's environment
• ConforgeLabs has no access to this data after go-live
• The Customer is the data controller for all data processed within their ConforgeLabs instance

If you are an employee, supplier, dealer, or other end user of a ConforgeLabs instance deployed by your organisation, please refer to your organisation's data governance and privacy policies.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
