How an Industrial Manufacturer Turned Every Teams Meeting Into a Ready-Made Set of Minutes
Turn Teams meetings into structured minutes with AI. Automatically sync Outlook calendars, retrieve transcripts, and generate summaries, decisions, and action items.

Meeting minutes depended on someone remembering to write them, then typing up decisions and action items from memory or scattered notes. ConforgeLabs built an AI Meeting Notetaker inside the company's internal AI platform that syncs Outlook calendars, automatically retrieves the Teams transcript once a meeting ends, and uses AI to turn it into structured minutes, summary, key points, decisions, and action items, ready to review without anyone writing a word.
Minutes Depended on Someone Remembering to Write Them
Meeting minutes relied on whoever was in the room remembering to write them, then finding time afterward to type up a summary, the decisions made, and who owed what action item. That left minutes inconsistent in quality and timing, and easy to skip entirely when a meeting ran long or the note-taker was also the one presenting. Even when minutes got written, they lived wherever their author saved them, an email, a personal file, a shared drive folder, with no single place to search past meetings or confirm what was decided weeks earlier. Finding a decision from an old meeting usually meant asking around rather than looking it up. Teams already generated a transcript for every recorded meeting, but nothing turned that raw transcript into something a busy employee could actually use without reading the whole thing back.

“Keeping up with meeting minutes was a constant challenge. The person taking notes was often also expected to participate in the discussion, and important decisions or action items could easily get missed. Automating that process has made meeting follow-up far more consistent”
